Please note for deliveries we have a minimum order of £100 + P&P for any orders containing outdoor fireworks including sparklers. Orders for loose items do not include portfires or safety equipment. We recommend you purchase these at the time of ordering.

MAIL ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Minimum order value: For orders containing outdoor fireworks there is a minimum order value of £100 (excluding delivery). There is no minimum order value for orders containing only indoor fireworks.
- Delivery charges: All orders which include outdoor fireworks (including sparklers) will be subject to a £20 delivery contribution. The cost of moving explosives is prohibitive, not only because of the need for specialised transport but also because of specialised cartons. Even the very smallest orders will cost us a minimum of £30 in packing and delivery costs so please accept our apologies but understand that the delivery charge is merely a contribution to our costs. Orders for confetti products, glow sticks or other indoor items only will be subject to a £3.50 delivery charge.
- Deliveries for outdoor fireworks are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Orders are usually delivered by courier and they prefer to deliver to a business or work address. Home deliveries are possible but fireworks will not be left without a signature and every failed attempt to deliver will be subject to a £20 surcharge. We do not ship outside of the UK and we can only deliver outdoor fireworks to addresses on the UK mainland. Some remote areas may be subject to a surcharge or additional delivery time such as the Scottish Highlands and Grampians, please enquire for your rate. Please check the contents of the delivery at your earliest opportunity. Only sign for the amount of packages you receive! Shortages must be made in writing within three working days.
- Non-November outdoor firework orders are usually despatched within five working days. An express service and Saturday delivery is possible at extra cost, please contact us for latest rates and availability. Our courier is not able to specify an exact day or time for delivery but if you have any special requirements please call us, we will try and help where possible.
- Guy Fawkes outdoor firework orders: Due to the intense pressure over the Guy Fawkes season we need to start shipping orders from 1st October. Orders for delivery on or before 2nd November must be made by October 24th at the latest. However we are very much at the mercy of our couriers and it is not unknown for us to have to stop shipping earlier - so PLEASE order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Substitutes: We reserve the right to substitute any out of stock items; any items that are substituted will be replaced by a product of equal value or higher.
